Salmon For Lunch & Healthy Relationships

I have had a terrible cold for the last five days.  It’s beginning to clear up and my appetite is returning to normal.  I made this wonderful lunch today.  I made roasted asparagus and salmon on a bed of spinach.  I used olive oil, salt, and garlic powder to bake the salmon in foil.  Then I sprinkled it with ground pepper, lemon, creamy Italian dressing, and fresh parsley.  It was delicious!  I could actually taste it lol.  And this morning when I had coffee it was so nice to be able to smell it. 🙂
