Early Spring Walk – March 17th

My hubby and I went for a walk yesterday and saw a lot of things we enjoy seeing this time of year.  We saw this curious squirrel…

This Spring, I’m going to try cooking with dandelion leaves.  I read that picking young leaves and cooking them lightly makes them less bitter.  I’m going to try two recipes-

Dandelion Greens with Toasted Garlic & Almonds

Dandelion Detox Green Smoothie
