One of the great things about growing your own herbs is that you can enjoy using your harvest all winter long. Thyme & sage are some of my dried herbs I’ll be using for Thanksgiving.
I make a really nice olive oil and herb rub for the turkey. Plus, I’m going to use my dried thyme to make Easy Vegan Mushroom Gravy to use with my garlic & chive mashed potatoes.
I’ll share more garden tips in upcoming posts. Today I made this Easy Vegan Pumpkin Pie. I was outside working in the garden and when I came inside, my house smelled absolutely amazing.
